With advancements in technology and science, product packaging machines have gradually come into the public eye. The emergence of such machines has significantly improved factory efficiency and allows for better food preservation. However, even the best machines require proper maintenance to extend their lifespan. Below, we introduce some maintenance tips for pouch packaging machines!
1. Pouch packaging machines should operate in an environment with a temperature of -10℃ to 60℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85%, and no corrosive gases, dust, or explosive materials in the surrounding air.
2. Regularly check the vacuum pump oil level and add oil regularly to maintain the oil level at 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window; the vacuum pump uses imported No. 30 automotive engine oil or special No. 0 vacuum pump oil.
3. If the oil in the pump turns black or white, contains water droplets, or has high viscosity, it indicates that the oil is contaminated and should be replaced immediately. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be changed every 1-2 months of continuous operation.
4. For models with a dewatering device, regularly drain water from the drain pipe at the rear of the equipment according to the moisture content of the packaged material. After draining, replace the pipe plug. Generally, the water will decompose automatically and does not need to be drained.
