Recently, the company’s General Manager, Fang Xianqi, accompanied Yang Yang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Gaoyou Municipal Party Committee and Head of the Organization Department, along with Han Feng, Executive Deputy Head of the Gaoyou Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department, and other leaders, on a visit to Chang’an University in Xi’an to conduct a special exchange program focused on technological collaboration. Leveraging the university’s research resources, the delegation sought to facilitate technology transfer, attract talent, and foster project‑level partnerships.
Li Shutao, President of Chang’an University and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation. Under his leadership, the two sides held discussions and agreed on the direction for future strategic cooperation across multiple levels and fields.
